What we need for qualifications...
- PROJECT COORDINATOR
– Good English proficiency (oral & written) is a MUST
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or related field
– 5 and above years of experience in project coordination or project management
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- INTERIOR DRAFTER
– Must have good English proficiency (at least verbally)
– Must include portfolio or link of your portfolio in your CV
– Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture or an equivalent field.
– At least 2 years of experience as an Interior Drafter.
– Proficient in the use of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit,
or similar software.
– Knowledgeable in technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
– Familiar with construction materials, design techniques, and building codes.
– Excellent attention to detail and precision.
– Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
